4b Santé, un temps à s’offrir pour prendre du recul

Ce cercle de partage destiné à tous, propose de : partager nos perceptions et regards sur notre Santé, ainsi que nos savoirs reliés ; mettre en commun les options possibles pour Prendre soin de soi, le Soi relié aux autres et à notre Planète. A travers l’expression du Photolangage puis dans le dialogue au sein du groupe, nous aborderons  ce qui est important pour ma santé ? dans ses multiples dimensions ? et Comment dans ce processus dynamique, je peux évoluer en prenant soin de mon bien-être.

4b Health, a time to take a step back

This sharing circle for all, proposes to: share our perceptions and views on our Health, as well as our related knowledge; put together the possible options for taking care of ourselves, the Self connected to others and to our Planet. Through the expression of Photolanguage and then in the dialogue within the group, we will address what is important for my health ? in its multiple dimensions ? and how in this dynamic process, I can evolve in taking care of my well-being.
